(2)Encourage students to choose a better way to go to school and keep healthy.

Students can use the sentence pattern in a real situation.
Step 1 Warming-up /Lead in
Sing the song “Good morning” forstudents to begin my class.
Divide the class into two groups Kong Fu Panda group and Elsa Group and have a PK.
Listen to the sound and guess what's that.(bike, car)
Then let students speak more about the vehicles.
Lead in the title—Ways to go to school.
Step 2 Presentation
1.Show Amy and Mike .
Let students listen to the recording and finish Let’ s try.
2.Show the picture of meandtell students Today is Monday ,I come to school on foot. Show another picture and say,today is Friday, I come to school by car. Write the key sentence on the blackboard.Then lead in the question, how do you come to school? Students try to answer this questions.
3.Let students listen to the recording and ask How do they come to school? And finished the chart as follows.Students will give some ticks of them.
4.Then check the answer. Give students a question about how does Mike come to school?
Step 3 Practice
Activity 1: Listen to the tape and follow it.
Activity 2:Show a box, there are many word cards in it. Two studentsa pair come to the front andchoose a card . Then students will make a conversationusing the key sentence..
S1: How do you come to school?
S2: I come to school by….
Step 4 Production
Give students a task, the school newspaper wants to know about the students ways to go to school.
Students will have a Group work: do a survey about your group member.
How do you come to school? Later students give us a report.
Step 5 Summary
Students make a summary on what they have learned this class, and then the teacher makes supplement, what's more, the teacher will emphasize the importance of walkingmore and keep healthy.
Step 6 Homework
Ask three students how do you come to the park, then share your dialogue with others next time.
